Makes: 12 drinks to start off the Christmas party  ;-)

3 cups 42 Below Honey Vodka
1/2 cup mint leaves, torn
1/4 cup sugar syrup
4 cups ice cubes
2 litres ginger beer, chilled

2 big handfuls of chopped fresh tarragon & basil
1 bay leaf

2 cloves of crushed garlic
1/2 an onion, finely minced
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground caraway
Generous pinch of salt & pepper
1 large egg
